Digital Media Buyer

Role

The person shall be an ambitious and purpose-driven Media Buyer to cope with the fast growth of our company. This person will be intellectually curious, resourceful and enthusiastic and hungry for a new challenge in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.

The role will be responsible for all media buying activities, ensure that required volume is upheld while keeping CPAs in-line and having an eagle-eye on ROI, develop effective marketing strategies to meet company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive, innovative and keeping brand reputation fantastic squeaky clean.

Reponsibilities
  • Cultivate strong team culture by injecting company’s vision, mission and core values into team discussions and decision making processes and behavioural standards
  • Oversee all activities of media buying
  • Keep ad-spend volume up and profitable
  • Execute marketing strategies to meet the growth client acquisition targets
  • Responsible for performance reports and analyse with targeting to maximize ROI of various marketing activities
  • Perform market and digital analyst, report and generate insights to identify business opportunity in category and support business decisions
  • Execute digital marketing campaign which cover, but not limit to, website management, SEO, SEM, GDN, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
  • Perform ad hoc assignments by management
  • Provide digital marketing campaign support to customers and maintain strong customer relationships
Results
  • 12 months marketing campaigns execution to strategies
  • Google page one ranking for major digital platforms with proven results
  • Achieve ROI per company’s target through detail data analysis of ads performance
  • Exploring and testing of new traffic sources
Requirements
  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years strong and demonstrable experience in digital marketing experience/eCommerce capacity
  • Experienced in media buying on Google and Facebook with a proven record on marketing budget management
  • Strong in SEO with proven results
  • Experience in online programmes and services in preferable
  • Strong business acumen and innovative thinking, result-oriented, good team player
  • High Cantonese fluency is a must and English proficiency is preferred
  • Excellent communicator and values teamwork
  • Self-starter, hunger for success, eager to learn and open to new ideas
  • Strong passion for the internet environment, result-oriented, proactive, and independent
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organised with exceptional problem-solving skill with a can-do attitude
