Role

As a Corporate Solutions Advisor, the ideal candidate will drive sales activity in promoting
BCM’s business consulting solutions with extensive SME network. The suitable candidate
shall achieve sales target and implement sales plan to generate sales revenue through
business development in the SME sector in the assigned regions.

The candidate will provide the consultative service and professional solution including
within the BCM business standards and shall be expected to deliver professional after-sales service for total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate accounts in the assigned regions to enhance the development of the company
  • Provide premium account service as assigned to maintain good relationship and to generate new business opportunities
  • Act as the focal point for all customer services and business requests, work closely
  • with technical teams and other internal and external partners to contribute business
  • growth for the company
  • Capture profitable and long-term business with corporate accounts to achieve sales targets

Results

  • Intensively develop corporate accounts for the business in the assigned region
  • 100% on target with sales target as agreed with the company
  • 100% customer satisfactory level
  • 90% customer retention achieved consistently

Requirements

  • High Diploma educated in Business principles preferred
  • 5 years or above business development experience in the business consulting industry
  • Strong network within the SME sectors will be an advantage
  • MNC/ global exposure will be an advantage
  • High Cantonese fluency is a must, English and Mandarin proficiency is preferred
  • Excellent communicator and values teamwork
  • Self-starter, hunger for success, eager to learn and open to new ideas
  • Strong passion for the internet environment, result-oriented, proactive, and independent
